This room is everything we hoped for it to be and more. We went for the 4th of July and when I say you are right where they let off fireworks, you are, without the fight of the crowds! You are front row center on the balcony. It's so beautiful at night! Keep in mind during the day there is a scrap yard across the river, but definitely didn't bother us at all. We walked and did Uber from our location. Everything is within walking distance as long as you don't mind a steady incline on the way back. Its about a 15 to 20 minute walk. As for the room itself, it was very clean, a long walk up the hall all the way to the other side if taking elevator, but that didn't bother us. The stairs to the parking garage are right next to the unit. You are right next to the trash chute. The beds were comfortable, and the couch was comfortable, too, our son didn't even pull the bed out of the couch. Decor was modern and not dated. We would love to stay here again if we ever went back to Nashville. We definitely recommend, especially for the 4th of July!

Had a great time in Nashville. The Condo was spacious enough for 4 adults and enjoyed our stay there.The Host was very easy to work with.

Great location. The condo had everything you would need. The bed was super comfortable . Short walk to Broadway. Would definitely recommend.
